The Story...

            Emil Chronicle began from a world called Arconia. Emil is a nation where high-tech but an incident which led the world in live Arconia by Emil is destroyed. This world is composed of three layers where there is a world paraller in layers above and below the layer from which the World Arconia occupied by Emil. Because the technology was created to make the earth's natural resources exploited and can use rare objects relic which can be found in the ruins of the ancient shrine.

            To save this situation, humans make a ladder to take natural resources from outer space. Not unexpectedly, the stairs are made are not connecting with outer space but with the world paraller.
